I just walked around the #UFC expo. Packed at 10 am. I was amazed at the fan out pour. What a great event. I even got to catch up with a couple of my friends from the UFC.
Fun filled day at theToronto #UFC . Media day with @Randy-couture now I’m at the #nexus office getting my iris scanned. Picking up @danhenderson in a few minutes.

WOW. I left Charlotte on my way to #ufc 129 in Toronto. Landed in Buffalo. Weather was so bad we got re-routed. Interesting, first time this has ever happened to me.
1/2 or 3/4 sleeve is the #tattoo question of the day.
Never mind. They had the wrong update on the board. Flights on time. Don’t worry Toronto I will be there tonight eight on time. Let the rejoicing begin.
Up at 3:35 am. Showered, shaved dressed by 4:05 am at airport and thru security by 5:08 am. Sit and wait for my flight that is delayed by an hour!!!! Come on!!!

I just saw a commercial for the Green Lantern. ummm…..Ryan reynolds is a good actor but he’s ahhhh……ummm….a little bright for this role. I was raised by a black militant father and the Green Lantern was black. So what I’m saying is Ryan needs a tan.
