Do I really want to do this again, I am to old, do I have “it” anymore, did I ever have “it”, what will my body feel like, will the fans care, will my friends care, what will the kids say, will dad laugh at me or shake his head, who will turn those back on me if I lose, who will try to ride my nuts when I win, what will I eat, does the car have enough gas, are my clothes...
Why would you tell somebody to lie to me especially about information I’m going to find out anyway. You know it makes that person feel really bad when they lie. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Had a great workout @xtremecouture with @Jakebonacci he actually did it with me instead if just yelling at me. I prefer to be yelled at instead of shown up.
I landed got picked up and went gymnastics to catch the end of Stone’s class and all of Kiara’s class. 3 minutes in Lavin throws up on my fancy black Affliction shirt. Looks better but smells like breast milk now.
Somehow I got hooked on Justified with Tim Olyphant. my eldest suggested I take a look and now I watch an episode everyday.
Up at 4am for an early flight home. Home in time for gymnastics. Great night of fights at Titan last night.

Another early morning. Up before the sun again. I might have to start a training camp again.
Continued my prep work for Titan Fighting this weekend in Kansas City. Only on @Hdnet. I need a break so now I’m going to do a little Muay Thai.
Back in vegas, lunch and little homework then off to @xtremecouture for a little lift and Nici needs to get her kickboxing on.
