Skool daze. First day for middle
Eldest has been in school for a couple of weeks, all of his homework is done, amazing for this time of year.
Walking the middle to the bus stop. Off to LA after that for a quick meeting and a ride with my buddies. Be back tonight in time for a late dinner. Take that time management.

Great time at the Boston expo!!!! Met a lot of old school Pride fans. I kept hearing over and over again how much folks are starting enjoy my commentary on Hdnet. Just watched the code with Freeman and that Spanish guy that married to that guy from Miami vice that brought us the spot coat with no socks look. Very good movie, the twist at the end beat me. Usually I know the twist long before the end but I didn’t get it until the 2/3 ed point. Great writing and some decent suspense, of course the hot Russian chicks help.

Some guy, supposedly straight, just called me a fag because he saw my nude photos. Ummm… Then he commented on every flaw I had in the pics. I’m just saying for all of the things I do, one of them is not to stare at a naked mans pic, for hours, then call him a fag and tell him how bad the pic is.

The first photo is of a USB fan, you hook it in to your USB port on your computer, it’s a must when you broadcast from here. It hot and humid, always ruining my hair.

Tokyo
Landed safely, took a nap for 4 hours or so, woke up, got an hour and some change of cardio in and now it’s time for breakfast and a trip to the electronics store. SRC weight-ins are a little later tonight. Now the goal is to stay awake until normal sleep time so I don’t wake up at 4am again.
Yep, I’m still at the airport! 3 hours for a delay only causes me to be 2 hours later then scheduled. Not bad considering how far it is. Maybe I will get an upgrade

Eldest leaves today
Summer is over, eldest is heading to the airport this morning, medium me goes back to the sunshine state. Hopefully he misses me more when he’s gone then his girlfriend when he was here. Wishfully thinking I know.

Liquid diet
I won the bet, it was kind of easy since I don’t like to eat. No I didn’t lose any weight cause you will drink more calories then you eat. Energy level was about the same during workouts and so was output, heart rate was a little higher.

Looks like we got a little closer to getting the radio show started today. Friday nights 6-7 local Vegas radio and Live on the Internet, a month or so later, live video stream. Liquid diet
My son Frankie just bet me I couldn’t go now a liquid diet for the next 2 days. he does not know how bull headed his dad is. Just out of spite I will do it and not take his measly $5.
