Today got weird, I woke up with a very long to do list, you know the typical house hold stuff, clean the kitchen, laundry, etc.. Most of it is done already. Great day
I had a great day today. I got a loot done but no real relaxing, tao beach was great but my first time so I had to feely way through it. Becky and Nate showed up and I met some great new people. Now time to get se more ink on my back. I took my nephew with me to show him how Vegas does it. Take that sucka.

I finally uploaded some new photos to franktrigg.com. I’ve been hiding out a little since my last loss. Then while I was down with the Falcons I couldn’t take any photos. There are my excuses, deal with it. Yes my head is shaved again, not by choice, I lost a bet and that was the deal.

Up early for anlittle cardio,(beach body time) off to do some rehab on my shoulder, before any of that I have to get the kids ready for thier day then I have a bunch work I have to get done for a new project I’m working on. All before 10am then TAO BEACH. Take that sucka.
