Lessons taught, paintball played, stretching done, now if I can just get my lift and cardio in my day will be complete until I play tekken tonight.
All before 9 am
20 miles rode, abs, breakfast, and an hour of foot drills. Only have to teach 1 big group today and then I get to lift, eat dinner and a baseball game. My
Day does not suck.
Morning all, looks another great day on the ranch. A lot of work to get done. My email box is full of good positive stuff this morning. Like like I got something from Hdnet. Hopefully it’s to do more work for them. Have a great day and remember, smile, it’s makes people wonder if you ate the bird.

Name calling
Trying to come up with nick names for the coaches I deal with daily, mr. Magenta, mr. Teal, mr. Lavender, they call me sweettooth guy or sweettooth for short. Everbody has their nick name for a reason, mine is because everytime I go eat I look at desserts first. Like twinkle toes, this one might stick too.
Draft week
Because it is draft weekend I’m allowed to eat what ever I want. I’m just following orders. @fuelthefighter

I have some much reading and studing I have to so this week. For the new job and for the Hdnet broadcast I’m doing with the voice, Micheal Schiavello. This is going to test my knowledge of many things. Time to start liking Rockstar again in mass quanities. I have to on every moment I’m awake this week.

I just landed in Charlotte and everybody is talking about phil winning the masters and how big that is for golf. I’m not a fan of the sport, but once I heard Tiger didn’t win and the people around me heard that, even thou phil’s win was his third and very big, nobody around here cared anymore. Anybody that likes the sport think phil’s win is bigger then if tiger won?
